Elva Hsiao’s ex-boyfriend dating former Korean girl group member

Chinese singer-actress Jia, who is a former member of the Korean girl group, miss A, made her relationship with Singaporean heir Elroy Cheo Instagram official yesterday (May 9), with a series of posts on her Instagram Stories.

Elroy is the younger brother of Singaporean socialite Arissa Cheo, who was previously married to Taiwanese singer-actor Vanness Wu. In 2014, Elroy was said to be dating Taiwanese singer Elva Hsiao, with the jet-setting couple spotted together in Singapore, Taiwan and Macau. However, the couple is said to have called it quits in 2015, with the duo unfollowing each other on Instagram soon after.

Jia, who left miss A in 2016, soon signed with the Chinese management agency Banana Culture, headed by Chinese billionaire Wang Sicong to further her career in China. Since then, the 29-year-old has been active as a singer in China, often appearing on variety shows there.

On Thursday, Jia updated her Instagram story with a selfie of her and Elroy, captioned with three purple hearts. Three hours later, Elroy followed suit with another selfie of the couple, with Jia resting her head on his shoulder.

When contacted for a comment, Jia’s team is said to have confirmed that the pair is dating.
