Hawick Lau and daughter sends Yang Mi off at airport

Yang Mi is jetting off to China for work again, days after she and her husband, Hong Kong actor Hawick Lau, attended their daughter, Xiao Nuo Mi’s school sports meet together.

At the airport, the family-of-three were all smiles at the airport’s departure hall as Yang Mi prepared to leave. The couple even played with their daughter, swinging her around. Netizens who spotted the family together also left comments supporting them, expressing their wish for the tabloids to stop hounding them.

Previously, Hawick was accused of cheating on his wife with his two-time co-star Angel Lau, on the set of period drama series, The Legend of Jade Sword. He was photographed watching a midnight movie with Angel alone in matching grey outfits and entering the actress’ hotel room alone—and not leaving until four hours later—on another occasion.

A famous Chinese paparazzo, Zhuo Wei, later confessed to orchestrating the whole cheating incident and accusing Hawick of cheating on Yang Mi.

This is not the couple’s first time embroiled in rumours of a failed marriage as they are rarely seen together. The star couple has always been busy with their work commitments in different countries as well, with their three-year-old daughter left in the care of Hawick’s parents in Hong Kong.

Hawick and Yang Mi married in 2014 and have a daughter together.
