Jay Chou enjoys date night with Hannah Quinlivan

Jay Chou and Hannah Quinlivan’s two kids were nowhere to be seen in pictures of the couple’s date night in Shanghai, China yesterday (Aug 28). Pictures of the day’s events were posted on Facebook, which showed the pair still looking very much in love after two years of marriage as they celebrated Chinese Valentine’s Day (Qixi Festival) together.

Jay shared the picture of him and Hannah, captioned, “Not sure if it’s my face or my clothes but I feel like I’m taking a picture with a superstar in this picture.” He said this due to the fact that he was wearing a plain black t-shirt while Hannah was in a sequined top.

24-year-old Hannah playfully replied to her husband’s post shortly after and “chided” Jay for insinuating that he looked younger than her, as well as throwing in several cheeky emojis.

According to Taiwanese media, the trip to Shanghai took place after Jay’s recent concerts in Beijing on the August 25 and 26. The absence of their children has led netizens to speculate that they just wanted it to be the two of them, so that they could spend quality time with one another.

Eagled-eyed fans who spotted Jay and Hannah during their date at a restaurant shared that they were wearing matching black hats and leaning very closely to each other. The couple are open about their relationship and have been seen packing on the public displays of affection, with Jay often complimenting Hannah on his social media accounts and vice versa. He has also openly called her “the love of his life” previously.

In a recent appearance for an event, Hannah showed off her slim figure despite only welcoming son, Romeo in June this year. The actress has already resumed work, however, despite their respective busy schedules, the pair can often be seen making time for one another.
