Shu Qi, Stephen Fung spend Chinese New Year together

Taiwanese actress Shu Qi and husband Hong Kong director Stephen Fung finally reunited for Chinese New Year last weekend, after being busy with their individual work commitments since they tied the knot last September.

The couple was sighted by fans having a meal at a popular restaurant, donning matching red shirts and baseball caps. They also posed with a group of fans for a group picture, sparking teasing from fans when the photo was uploaded online.

According to reports, the 41 year-old director specially flew to Taipei to accompany Shu Qi and visit her mother for the festive occasion, but her manager was only willing to disclose that the actress was “on a holiday”.

The 40 year-old actress also sparked pregnancy rumours again after she missed the movie premiere of The Village of No Return and was sighted in a baggy outfit while on a stroll with her husband last week (Jan 26). These speculations were immediately shot down by her manager who clarified that “Shu Qi is still very fit, she’s just wearing more layers not pregnant. Please do not misunderstand, thank you!”
