Vincent Wong, Yoyo Chen dismiss separation claims

Hong Kong actors Yoyo Chen and Vincent Wong made an appearance for an event on Monday (Oct 9) and personally dispelled claims that their six-year marriage was in trouble.

The two showed just how in love they still were with each other as they showed up hand in hand, with Vincent lightly supporting Yoyo’s waist. They remained very playful and were not afraid to show their affection for the other too.

“I am currently busy with my filming while Yoyo is handling the enrollment of our daughter in primary school, so we have not been posting pictures together on social media, which might have led to these speculations,” said the actor.

He also added that he felt guilty for not helping out at home more often to which Yoyo responded that he had already done more than enough by simply “volunteering to address these rumours” so as to ease her burden.

Vincent had also previously been speculated to be linked to fellow actress Sisley Choi but Yoyo brushed these claims off and said that she had “utmost faith” in her husband.

The 36-year-old actress also refuted claims that her not wanting a second child put a strain on their marriage. She said that the possibility had never been ruled out but looking after another child at the moment was not too ideal as they are both currently very busy.

The couple got married in 2011 and welcomed their daughter the following year.
