Yao Yuanhao has moved on from Cyndi Wang

Last July, Cyndi Wang and Yao Yuanhao locked horns when leaked photos of Cyndi in her underwear resurfaced, which caused the former couple to air their grievances online. It seems that the matter has been settled, as he confirmed at a recent event that they no longer keep in touch.

Yuanhao also confirmed that he has a new lady in his life – Taiwanese model Candy Wang. His manager confirmed that the pair is in the early stages of their relationship, but Candy’s manager stepped in to refute this, calling Yuanhao “just a friend”.

When asked about what he finds appealing about Candy, Yuanhao expressed, “I worship her a lot”, gushing that she is an “amazing person”, has a good personality, and has a strong determination to finish whatever she starts, especially when it comes to sports.

He talked about the time that they participated in a 21 kilometre marathon together, sharing that she persevered till the finish line despite looking tired out from the run.

Adding that he is “constantly working hard towards marriage”, Yuanhao went on to say that Candy is a “very good friend” to him.

At another event, Candy was asked about Yuanhao’s manager’s claims that she is in a relationship with the star, to which she would only say, “I’ll always be observing (the men around me) before I get married.”
