Zanilia Zhao, Feng Shaofeng make first appearance as family-of-three

Despite celebrity couple Zanilia Zhao and Feng Shaofeng’s best efforts to keep their baby out of the public eye, interest in the couple's first child, a baby boy is at an all time high.

Throughout her pregnancy, the Chinese actress had repeatedly denied reports that she was expecting, only confirming so in January this year. The couple also declined to share more details about their bundle of joy, with numerous media outlets finding ways to leak and share the baby’s gender, as well as expected due date.

On March 8, Shaofeng announced that Zanilia had safely given birth to a baby boy. A day later, he was spotted leaving the hospital, only to return three hours later with a portable baby bassinet, leading to speculations that Zanilia and their son were ready to be discharged soon.

True enough, yesterday afternoon, the family-of-three made their exit from the hospital, accompanied by family members.

Zanilia, who was dressed in an all-black outfit, complete with a face mask and sunglasses, looked radiant and well-rested. Beside her was Shaofeng, who was at her side throughout the entire journey. Their baby son was carried out by two female friends, who followed behind them. Though the couple did not address the media verbally, Shaofeng did express his thanks by clasping his hands together once they were in the car. According to reports, the couple were headed straight for a confinement centre, so Zanilia can recuperate better.
