Chris Chiu (previously known as Modi) held a concert in celebration of his 28th birthday in Taipei on October 9.

His friends Chang Ting Hu and Simon Lien made a special guest appearance and they performed JPM's '365' together on stage, showing off their close camaraderie as brothers. Ting Hu and Simon then declared themselves "the best birthday presents" for Chris, who responded by calling them "shameless".

He recently bought a BMW costing NT$2 million (about S$89,400) as a 12th anniversary gift to himself. When asked if he brought any girlfriends out in his new ride, Chris exclaimed, "Only friends!"

When asked what gift he plans to buy for himself after another 10 years, Chris said, "A house. I hope to have my own family 10 years later and live in the same neighbourhood as my brother Prince Chiu."
