For Andy Lau Heat Is Worse than a Bomb

(Hong Kong June 5, 2016) When filming the bomb defusal scene of the movie "Shock Wave" produced by himself, Andy Lau put on a 70-pound heavy outfit in the heat of the day, Philip Keung and Ron Ng wore a police uniform and a suit separately, while Babyjohn Choi and Louis Cheung watched idly because they did not have to work today. Andy said it was a hazardous scene but he trusted the crew, though the most difficult part was the heat. As there were only male actors around, Andy joked that it was OK because everybody had a family, but Ron said, "There are only men here so that the media cannot fabricate anything." When asked about their plan for the Father’s Day, Andy said he’d spend it with his family and let them arrange it, "I am the leading actor and need to do nothing. (What gift do you wish for from your daughter?) Money!" Philip said his wife Kay Tse had been busy having fun around with friends and would not even come to watch him work. It was his first time meeting Andy, he felt very nervous and could only greet Andy politely.
