Him Law addresses Tavia Yeung’s pregnancy rumours

A blessing ceremony for upcoming drama Thorny Witness was held in Hong Kong last Friday (Oct 11), with Him Law, Kelly Cheung, and other cast members in attendance.

Earlier this month, there were reports that Him and his wife, Hong Kong actress Tavia Yeung, were expecting their first child together. The actor had previously stated that he and Tavia were actively trying to start a family, and that he hopes to have twins with her this year.

However, the 35-year-old denied the speculations about his wife’s pregnancy at the blessing ceremony. “This rumour has been around for so long that if it were true, the child would have already been born by now, and we would be looking for a school to send him or her to!” he quipped. “But it’s really not true. We are still letting nature take its course, and we don’t feel any pressure at all.”

When asked if Tavia’s good friend and senior, Hong Kong actress Eva Lai, had shared any useful tips on how to successfully conceive, Him laughed and exclaimed, “Is there such a thing? Even if there were, I have hardly any energy these days thanks to work. Every time I come home, all I want to do is sleep. We may start trying harder after filming wraps up.”
