Lee Joon Gi wishes to become a great action star like Jackie Chan

South Korean actor Lee Joon Gi and Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh attended a fashion brand's event in Hong Kong on November 7.

Joon Gi said "I miss you" to fans in Cantonese, and revealed that he will consider showing off his muscles at his fan meeting in Hong Kong next year.

Previously, he revealed on a variety show that he suffered an accident on a film set 10 years ago. He admitted that the incident traumatised him, but it also taught him not to push himself too hard and be more careful.

He then shared that he wishes to become a great action star like Jackie Chan, and that he is always practising boxing and creating martial arts moves.

Charmaine, who has been working overseas a lot lately, revealed that her Story of Yanxi Palace co-star Hong Yao had sent her a message when he was in Hong Kong. "Unfortunately, I was working in Nanjing and could not meet up with him," she said. "Perhaps next time we can meet in Beijing."

When asked for her thoughts on the passing of renowned novelist Louis Cha, Charmaine said, "I was so sad when I heard the news. I myself had played some characters written by him. He was someone I looked up to a lot."
