Taiwanese-American singer-actress Melody (Yin Yue) attended the opening ceremony of a brand of children's wear in Taipei on September 10.

Melody, who has two daughters of her own, took the opportunity to hug the little boys running around at the event. "I want to know what it feels like to hold a little boy - it's different from holding a little girl!" he said. "They make look small but they are much heavier than they look." When asked if she plans to have a son, Melody said, "No, I already have two kids. Raising a child is much harder than you think."

Melody admitted that she has a bad habit of buying too many things for her daughters. "I have bought so many clothes for them that their wardrobe is full of useless new outfits! Once, my younger daughter even told me, ‘Mum, I have too much stuff, do not buy new things please!’ At that moment, I realised I have to quit this bad habit."
