Mike He wants to have more kids as soon as possible

Mike He attended the launch of a watch brand’s new product in Taipei on May 7, where he had the opportunity to show off his coffee-making skills.

The Taiwanese actor had just recently completed filming for his new drama Reflection of Lion on Lazy Cat, which is slated for a summer release. “I’m currently taking a short break in order to relax and spend more time with my family,” he said. “The hardest part about filming was having to be away from my daughter, but we would have video calls whenever I was free, and as soon as I heard her cheer me on, all the hard work became worth it.”

Mike then shared more about the preparations for his upcoming show, which included maintaining a strict diet and waking up at 8am every morning to work out. At one point, his body fat percentage dropped to 7 per cent, and he was the fittest he had ever been in recent years. However, as soon as filming wrapped and he returned to Taiwan, he resumed his regular diet and gained 5 kg.

When asked if he and his wife have plans to give their 2-year-old daughter a younger sibling, Mike said that while they will let nature take its course, he also hopes to have three kids as soon as possible. “It would be good if the age gap between them is three or four years, so it would be easier for them to get along and play with each other.”
