Ruco Chan’s wife Phoebe Sin has lost a lot of weight because of their daughter

Ruco Chan and his wife Phoebe Sin were among the celebrity guests at the grand opening of a hair salon in Hong Kong on Wednesday (Nov 20).

When asked if the current situation in the city has prompted them to stay indoors more, Ruco shared that things around their neighbourhood are still pretty calm. “If anything, we’re actually going out more because the weather is nice and cool,” he said, adding that he likes to bring their daughter, seven-month-old Quinta, to the park to play.

When someone pointed out that Phoebe appears to have lost a lot of weight, Ruco said that she is even thinner than before she gave birth. “She has to work really hard now because Quinta is starting to learn how to walk!” he explained. Phoebe laughed and agreed, saying, “I have to run around with her all day. She is a very lively baby.”

In other news, Ruco shared that the branded cookware he recently posted a photo of on social media were actually gifts from sponsors, but he hopes to be able to use them to prepare good meals to help his wife gain some weight.

With a chuckle, Phoebe declared that she needs to work on her own culinary skills because Ruco doesn’t think she’s a very good cook. However, he quickly piped up in his defence, “It’s not that her cooking isn’t good! It just has a unique taste. It’s probably because the cookware isn’t good enough. At least I don’t get poisoned! (Laughs)”
