Kim Kardashian West's best friend is disappointed to have missed the birth of her son.
The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star welcomed son Saint into the world on December 5 - almost three weeks before her due date - and Jonathan Cheban admits he was hoping she'd have delivered the one even earlier while he was still in Los Angeles.
And Jonathan - who is now in Miami with girlfriend Anat Popovsky and is planning to jet off to Israel for the New Year - is now unsure whether he'll be able to meet the baby before the end of 2015.
He told DailyMail.com: "I was hoping she would give birth when I was there for three weeks filming cause the last time she gave birth I was there as well.
"So I said, 'Usually I pop it out of you somehow', but now I don't even know if I'm going to be able to make it before the new year."
Though he hasn't seen Kim - who also has two-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - since she gave birth, Jonathan revealed his 35-year-old pal is "doing great".
Kim, 35, was forced to deliver her son on December 5 after she reportedly suffered from placenta accreta, a condition which means the placenta remains attached to the womb.
However, despite the difficult labour, baby Saint was born weighing a healthy 8 pound 1 ounce.
