Kaley Cuoco says there's nothing in life she "can't handle" - in the wake of her split from husband Ryan Sweeting.
The 'Big Bang Theory' star announced she is divorcing the professional tennis player in September after just 21 months of marriage but in an empowering Instagram post - made after spending her 30th birthday at an animal rescue sanctuary in Mexico on Monday (30.11.15) - she vowed the next decade of her life "is gonna rock".
Kaley's pose read: "Today was the best birthday I have ever had ... Thank you for all the love and best wishes ... My heart is overwhelmed with joy and complete contentment. There have been a few bumps along the way, but thank you God, nothing I can't handle ... Thank you to my precious little angels who accompanied me on this trip and gifted me with something so special (they know what I'm referring to)... #30isgonnarock (sic)"
On the landmark birthday, Kaley visited Black Jaguar White Tiger foundation animal sanctuary in the country with 12 of her closest friends, including sister Briana Cuoco.
Spending time with the rescued animals made Kaley feel inspired about the future of the planet in terms of conservation and the environment.
She posted on Instagram: "Thank you to Eddie @blackjaguarwhitetiger @paulcheca for showing us your beautiful sanctuary - how you have saved these animals from abusive, confined lives and now they are living a life they never could have dreamed of... you are the reason this planet will change."
According to its website, the foundation has rescued "over 180 (and counting!) Big Felines including Jaguars, Tigers, Lions, Leopards, Lynxes and Pumas from a life of abuse in circuses, zoos and illegal breeders".
