Mariah Carey decorates her Christmas tree with ornaments made by her fans.
The 45-year-old singer - who wrote the festive classic 'All I Want For Christmas' - decorates her Aspen home with presents from her admirers, some of which she has had for 10 years.
She said: "I have Christmas ornaments that my fans have made for me, and I've saved them in Aspen for almost 10 years. When we make the 'Charlie Brown' tree, I put them up. People took the time to make them for me. They aren't always in the best condition, but I try to keep them nice."
And Mariah also revealed that although she used to be critical of 'All I Want For Christmas', she now loves it because her children, twins Moroccan and Monroe, four, enjoy the song.
Speaking to The Kit, she explained: "It's a song that I wrote and it's very close to my heart, and over the years it's gotten better for me. I used to just sit there and criticise the vocal performance, the this, the that. But now it gives me such nostalgia that it just makes me happy. It also makes my kids happy, so that's a good thing.
"I have Santa Claus, my good friend, come every year to the house in Aspen, and the real reindeer are there. It is the most fun thing ever. We go on a sleigh ride and we all scream songs at the top of our lungs. I hope it doesn't scare the horses."
