BTS Sets Another New Record with ′Spring Day′
BTS Maintains Spot on Billboard′s ′Top 10′ For 18th Week
BTS has set yet another new record.
The music video for BTS′ new track Spring Day, which was released on February 13, reached over 20 million views within 87 hours and 50 minutes. This is a new record for a Korean idol group.Accordingly, BTS became the fastest k-pop group to reach 10 million views as well as the fastest to reach 20 million views.
Additionally, as of February 16, the music video for Spring Day swept iTunes′ Music Video Charts around the world by ranking number 1 in the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
BTS is also showing huge success as 4 tracks from their new album Wings: You Never Walk Alone reached iTunes′ Songs Chart within the Top 30. Title track Spring Day reached number 8, Not Today reached number 11, A Supplementary Story: You Never Walk Alone reached number 20 and track Outro: Wings is listed at number 30.
Meanwhile, BTS released their new album Wings: You Never Walk Alone on February 13 and has swept Korean music charts with title track Spring Day. The group will be performing tracks from their new album for the first time on stage at their Wings Tour Seoul Concert on February 18-19.
