[KCON 2017] KCON 2017 Japan Kicks-Off First Day

KCON 2017 Japan has kicked off it′s first day in Japan!

On May 19, fans from all over Japan flocked to Japan′s top convention center Makuhari Messe to attend the first day of events at KCON 2017 Japan.On site at the festival, submissions from KCON 2017 Japan′s special event Show Me You! Heart Fan Art Contest were displayed in a booth. Attendees were able to see the finalists′ art pieces in person and artists had the opportunity to display their art for many to enjoy.

The art pieces displayed on site can also be viewed through the Event Voting Page and you can vote through the site until May 22. Click here and vote for your favorite!

Additionally, the fan art booth also held a special event where winners were selected through a random draw.

Meanwhile, CJ E&M is holding their 6th KCON this year and they are confirmed to be touring North America, Asia, Central America and Oceania. In March, KCON held their first event in Mexico and Japan′s festival will mark the second of 2017.
