Police have revealed that the result of initial investigations towards claims of sexual assault by Park Yoochun has found him not guilty.
Four women filed reports against the singer-actor, alleging that he forced himself on them on separate occasions. The Gangnam police station announced today that he has not been found guilty because it is difficult to prove that any said sexual relations between him and the four women were against their will.
Last week, they confirmed that the DNA found on the first accuser’s underwear matched Park Yoochun’s, but shared that investigations were still ongoing to determine if he was guilty of sexual assault.
They added that investigations will continue to determine if there was any violation of the law on his part, including the possibility of him paying for prostitutes. Prostitution is illegal in South Korea.
