Kim Jaejoong's height and weight revealed at Taipei fan meeting

JYJ's Kim Jaejoong held his J-PARTY & MINI CONCERT fan meeting in Taipei on February 16.

As a belated celebration for his 33rd birthday, which fell on January 26, fans prepared a cake and sang the birthday song for the singer-actor at the start of the event. Jaejoong admitted that he doesn't like to think about his age, and that he is forever 24 years old in his mind. "I'll probably only feel like I'm 30 years old when I'm in my 40's," he quipped.

Jaejoong then teased his fans, saying that they're getting older right along with him. At first, he wanted to praise them for not looking like they've aged at all, but when too many hands were raised when he asked who is 18 years old, he jokingly exclaimed, "You're all lying!"

In a rare display of honesty for an idol about his height, Jaejoong confessed that he is less than 180 centimetres tall. However, when his height was measured right there on stage, it was revealed that he is actually 182 centimetres tall, and weighs 62.5 kilogrammes. He found it hard to believe that he had grown taller and lost weight, and happily attributed it to Taiwan's hotpot.
