Super Junior’s Eunhyuk won’t allow Donghae to stay in Taiwan
Donghae thinks he has the potential to become a Mandarin-Korean interpreter
Super Junior’s Donghae and Eunhyuk, who form the subunit Super Junior D&E, held a concert in Taipei on June 23 for 11,000 fans. The duo delighted the audience with energetic song and dance performances, proving that they’ve still got it after so many years in the biz.
Donghae and Eunhyuk also took the opportunity to show off their Mandarin-speaking skills at the event, calling fans “my dear babies” and “good wives” respectively. Donghae, who has a particularly impressive command of the language, praised himself as a potential candidate to become an interpreter in Taiwan, but Eunhyuk protested, “No! You have to go home with me.”
During their performance of ‘Can You Feel It?’, Donghae and Eunhyuk sent fans into a frenzy when they stripped to exchange clothes on stage. Eunhyuk quipped, “No matter where we go in Asia, fans are so perverted. I’m so tired of it!”
In an interview before the showcase, it was revealed that Donghae was the one who had helped to come up with Eunhyuk’s new styling. When asked how he would style Donghae in return, Eunhyuk said, “He should grow out his hair to his waist and have a medium-length beard, then he can come to Taiwan to film a period drama.”
